Welcome to the first of our 'flash' stories. The format is simple. Each story will be
heard rather than read, and will be accompanied by a flash movie which creates the
context for the story. Each story can be heard in around five minutes, or less, and is
accompanied by pre-listening and post listening activities which are designed so that
the whole activity will take less than 30 minutes.
